Products Description:
1. T-slotted cast iron angle plates, stiffening with ribs to ensure high rigidity, used as workholding devices to locate
and clamp workpieces on floor type milling-boring machines;
2. Parallel T-slots on vertical surface for holding workpieces; Each slot size 22H12 (Unit: mm); Distance between two
adjacent T-slots is 125mm;
3. Vertical working surface and bottom surface have the flatness accuracy DIN 876/II Grade;
4. Twice annealing heat treatments at a temperature in the range of 600-700°C (the 1st annealing is done right after
casting, the 2nd annealing is done right after the rough machining on the plate) to relieve the stress, ensure high
stability and maintain its accuracy free from distortion;
