Will do Surface & Slide Way Grinding 5000mm x 900mm Capacity
This Machine is hydraulic and has lot of grinding wheels and wheal mounts plus coolant.
WE KNOW THERE IS ABOUT 3, MAYBE 4, MAGNETIC CHUCKS.
ONE IS AROUND 2.5M LONG, AND SAY 7 OR 800mm WIDE.
THE OTHERS 1.5M x AROUND 500mm.
PLUS THERE WAS LOTS OF WHEEL MOUNTS AND GRINDING WHEELS.
ALSO HAS THE COOLANT SYSTEM.
THE MACHINE IS ALL COMPLETE BUT DISMANTLED.
Comes with Angle Grinding for slide ways at the rear of the arm.
Has large amount of grinding wheel hubs and 3 magnetic chucks to make up the length, complete with coolant.
Weight is approx. 45 Tons
The bed I think is longer then 12m which is length of container,
This is why it is in 2 sections I think we can do it in 2 of 40' containers, in gauge for shipping.
May take a third 20' container for misc..
The condition is very good, from ex government machine, and was not used for many years.
We have it partial dismantled to get it into storage.
You can see in the attached picture (#1) the hydraulic feed lines for the table.
It looks like the year of manufacture is around 1967.
There are 3 dates on some of the paper work 1966, 1967, & 1970.
It also shows 2 models, CVX and CXV.
There is not a lot in the paper work we have and only spec we have is 20' (6000mm) travel.
Table width of 35 1/2" (900mm) and it only shows the back head cross move ment as around 28" movement with 45 degree each way.
Machine is in good condition and not used much we have had it in stock for say 4 years and has not been used in factory for 10 years and came out of their Defence factory.
