3. SPECIFICATIONS

This CNC rotary table is heavy type, mainly used for indexing of the work piece, spindle

vertical installation and it can be connected to machine directly to be used as work

table-4th rotary axis.

When the table is controlled by CNC controller of main machine, all kinds of indexing &

rotary work can be done,

besides, by using of sever motor’s drive, any indexing at 360° of circumference can be

finished;

cylindrical helical gears can be cut, by combination of vertical CNC feed of tool post and

CNC rotary of the table;

Meanwhile, other kinds of work pieces in different shapes, such as plate-type work piece,

disc-type work piece, irregular work pieces, can be machined on this table, too, and high

machining accuracy can be guaranteed.
