16" x 22" HEM Cyclone Auto Horizontal Band Saw with 24" Roller Table

A 7.5 horsepower motor drives the HEM Cyclone band saw’s blade at three different angles. 

The HEM Cyclone Band Saw’s systems, including blade tension and guide arm adjustment, are manual, giving operators command over cut precision. 

The blade speed is also variable, ranging from 60 to 300 SFPM. 

The HEM Cyclone band saw’s controls are located on an easy-view console, making it simple for operators to monitor the cut as they make it.

Protects Band Saw Blade Life

The HEM Cyclone Band Saw comes standard with flat carbide blade guides, which helps keep the blade steady throughout the cutting process. 

The flood coolant system also helps cuts go smoothly, washing of away chips from the cutting surface and essential parts of the saw. 

It also keeps the blade at a regulated temperature, maintaining its integrity throughout the cut and for years to come.
