I Description
This machine is specially designed for polishing stainless steel dished end, both outside and inside.
II Main technical data

III Main buildup
3.1 Main body: comprised of upright column, beam, movement rail on the beam and driving system.
Moving speed is inverter control.
3.2 Slide column: mounted on one side of beam; driven by inverter controlled motor, via gear and rack
3.3 Abrasive head:
Belt is driven by motor, tensioned pneumatically.
A floating pneumatic cylinder will control abrasive pressure, manually adjusted.
3.4 Rotating table: inverter controlled speed adjustable, linear speed 15~60m/min
3.5 Electric control system: PLC control, touch screen operation; The polishing track can be controlled by adjusting frequencies of horizontal movement driving motor on the beam and vertical movement driving motor on the slide column.
PLC, touch screen and inverters are Delta from Taiwan;
Main electric components are Schneider or Omron brand.
IV Belt choosing for stainless steel tank heads
4.1 Choosing belt kind:
For rough polishing, use Zirconia Aluminum Oxide abrasive belt;

For semi-fine polishing, use brown alumina abrasive belt;
For fine polishing, use Nylon abrasive belt.
4.2 Choosing grain size:
For rough polishing, use 80#, 120#; If polishing margin is big, 60# can also be used.
For semi-fine and fine polishing, mid-rough and fine nylon belt can be used.
